25 February 2011 We have formulated Partnership deed in 2008 which disolved in 2009, During this period we got PAN Card as well. Now we have formed the same partnership firm with same name only change in partner's details and structure. Will dat PAN card will be still applicable or we need to surrender the same and get fresh one again..

Please suggest..

You should surrender that PAN CARD and apply for new PAN Card .
As old partnership been dissolved and furthermore there is change in the partners structure .

25 February 2011 In my opinion....u should surrender the original PAN and apply for a fresh one..since the old partnership firm was dissloved and new partnership firm is formed even though the name of the firm is same..the date of formation is different...which will be reflected on the PAN Card of the firm....
