16 February 2011 Plz Any body can suggest me for procedure for form new partnership firm and sole proprietorship firm in UP.

17 February 2011 Any where In India we can form the Partnership firm or the Sole proprietorship in India.
there are no restrictions to that of sole proprietor,
But for the Parnership, It has to be registered with Registrar of firms to get legal status.
If it is not registered it cant file the suits.
Moreover it cant open the bank account on the name of the firm.
the procedure is
1.Prepare a partnership deed.
2.Register it with the sub registrar office.
3. Go to the Registrar of firms and register it.
