I want to change
1. nature of business
2. admission cum retirement
3. Name of firm
Can all these changes made through supplementary deed.. Or fresh registration is required for such changes..
Can you please attach format too

You have to do fresh deed since you are changing firm name

Fresh deed means fresh registration or separate deed for other changes and separate deed for name change..

If you need to continue with same PAN, the changes should be incorporated in supplementary deed.
