09 October 2007 A and B are partners sharing profits and losses in 3:2.Capital of both are 30k and 15 k respectively. They admitted C agreed to give 1/5th share of profits to him. How much should C bring in towards his capital? How?

Capital Contrubution of C should be 20K

Eg.

Profit 100K
Share
C - 20K
B - 32K
A - 48K

09 October 2007 Requirement of capital depends upon the terms of partnership and the same cn be modified keeping in mind important aspects.
