sir,
i would like to know that what are the benefits of partnership so far as income tax is concerned Vs sole proprietorship business???
In my opinion through partnership we are paying more tax.

Your view may be correct when the profit under consideration is below one million.
At higher profits, P. Firm may be more beneficial.
