13 July 2011 i am a partner in a firm. now i want to enter in another partnership with the same name of my running firm.
or
can i enter in a representative capacity on behalf of my firm, in a new partnership with my firm name.

16 July 2011 If the firm is desiring so, Why all the partners of your firm do not join the new partnership firm in their individual capacity?

Why alone you want to become a partner as a representative of your firm?

I think in the first situation every one will be comfortable.
