can Husband and Wife enter into Partnershp
of Tradng business

if yes
den CLubbing provision would apply or not

As trading Business does not require any Qualification

28 February 2011 Unqualified wife is certainly not disqualified from entering into a trading partnership. She should be made a working partner by assigning certain work areas in the business thru partnership deed itself. In such case clubbing provisions may not attract.
