01 November 2015 sir,can a foreigner be as a major partner in the business, where the principle business is doing from India
It Is export trade business
if Yes the it should be register or not
what are the docs required to submit for registration

The Main Business is exporting Chillies from india to vietnam and hongkong through the middleman

07 November 2015 If he is going to invest in partnership, then he can do it - but he may not be able to repatriate back to China. If he wants to repartriate to China, he should get prior approval. However you may form a private concern with Chinese and indians having shares - then there will not be any problem.

Also ensure that the partnership firm should not involve in growing the chillies since agricultural activities are not eligible for Foreign Investment.
