Somebody pls help me how can I calculate the new profit sharing ratio on admission of new partner in a firm...

Are you a PARTNER in that firm?
The partners have to decide the new ration after admission.
Ask the partners on which terms the new partner is getting admitted and then you can work out the new ratio.
