30 October 2012 A member working in industry as an employee can apply for Part time COP?and such Part time COP holder can one do partnership with a CA holding full time COP?

30 October 2012 Much depends upon the terms and conditions as signed by the said CA with his/her employer. For some sectors like professor, ICAI has clarified that professor CA can opt for even FULL TIME COP.
