A member working in industry as an employee can apply for Part time COP?and such Part time COP holder can one do partnership with a CA holding full time COP?

Much depends upon the terms and conditions as signed by the said CA with his/her employer. For some sectors like professor, ICAI has clarified that professor CA can opt for even FULL TIME COP.

Institute gives part time COP to the Salaried person?I dont have source of information which give the regulation relating to part time Cop,and who are not eligible for part time cop.
