Is any compulsion to submit the copy of amended partnership deed to registrar of firm?

Registration of Partnership/Amendment of PArtnership is not compulsory but it is advisable.

You see for any partnership firm it is better to get the Registration with Registrar of Firms otherwise in case of any proceedings against any person you cannot file any suit above Rs. 100/- and to do so you have to file a copy of Certified Copy of Partnership Deed duly signed by all the partners. Many Registrar also call for Registered Deed of partnership. Now, you decide whether to submit the Deed or not.
