WHETHER IT IS COMPLUSORY TO FILE THE RETURN FOR PARTNERSHIP FIRM, EVEN IF PARTNERSHIP FIRM EXIST FOR 1 OR 2 MONTHS

As per section 139(1), a partnership firm is laible for filing the return of income every income irrespective of the number of days it was in existence
