No minimum capital requirement for partnership firms. Minimum capital requirement is there for companies only.

then in such case how we will calculate stamp duty as the stamp duty is Rs 500 for Rs 50000 contribution and if no minimumcapital is required then in such case can I register partner ship deed with out mentioning amount of capital like just by writing " capital will be bough in by the partners"

Yes u can do that. P/ship deed can be prepared without specifying the amount of initial capital broughtin by partners. Just mention that partners may brought the capital as needed and decided among themselves

yes no requirement of Capital in figure...to Register to Parternership Firm...Its will show only in Firm IT & Partner's Personal IT
