Sir Mere Eak clint jo hai wo job me hai kisis company me aur unhone eak propriter ship firm bana rakhi hai jo ki rasisterd hai service tax me mujhe ye janna tha ki koi problem to nahi ki eak hi aadmi job vi kar raha hai hai aur co. vi chala raha hai please mera margdarshan kare

as such there will bot be any problem for that. Just need to check the terms of the company where he is a employee. If as per the terms & conditions he can not do any business then you need to find a way.
As per service tax, income tax, sales tax there will not be any issue. A person in service can do this business also.
