What will be the implications of total partition of huf???
If there is no specific deed for allotment of assets to coparceners on death of Karta then how it will alloted??
Karta has mentioned allotment of his assets in his will then will it be accepted as per huf act for distribution of asset as per will or it has to be distributed on equal basis??

it is acceptable atleast for income tax puprose if its a valid will.
