Participation in meetings by Video Conference

27 May 2011 MCA has recently issued circulars whereby a Board member or Shareholder would be able to participate in the Board/General meetings through Video Conference. In view of this, whether necessary modifications would be required in the Articles, at least in case of companies which are set up now onwards?
