I want to know that..... whether the partial partion of HUF or partial partition of immovable property of HUF is permisssible under "CIVIL LAWS" ?

Yes, partial partition is very much permitted under Hindu Law. (INCOME TAX ACT does not recognise PARTIAL partition of HUF)
