18 April 2011 whether the particulars of employee rules 2011 which are notified on 31st march 2011 are applicable for the financial year 2010-11 or from 2011-12

19 April 2011 It has been clearly mentioned in the notification itself that these rules shall come into effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette....so till date they have not come into force.
