Parameters for obtaining cashcredit from bank for transport

one of my client has a transport business of running heavy goods vehicle. He has not prepared balance sheet for 3 years. Now, he wants to regularise the documents by preparing balance sheet for 3 years since he has to obtain a CC from bank.
My query is how do we proceed and make the balance sheet. And what are the parameters the bank considers for granting CC facility
Kindly help me with the same.

pls add income as shown in ITR for each year for capital a/c
and calculate veh value as per income tax act dep.
bank & cash bal. , dr, cr.
then you can prepare B/S
