07 December 2019 Respected Sir,

Our Product Exempted (Nil Rated) , I have Paid RCM On Freight @5 % (2.5+2.5), But I want to know HAMALI (Loading & Unloading Charge in RCM) applicable ?
(2) Can i refund RCM ? If Yes, How Can ?

07 December 2019 RCM not applicable on hamali charge. No refund can be claimed on RCM paid on freight.

Kindly provide latest RCM Applicable list in 2019.

RCM Applicable on Loading & Unloading Charge + Hamali Charge , because we have paid huge amount of Loading & Unloading charge, & Our Product Exemption Product, So ITC Not applicable,

08 December 2019 RCM is not applicable on salaries, hamali, interest, rent, godown and bank charges.

In case of freight charges payable to GTA RCM is applicable. But RCM is not applicable if GTA has opted for Forward charge mechanism.
