Respected Sir,
Our Product Exempted (Nil Rated) , I have Paid RCM On Freight @5 % (2.5+2.5), But I want to know HAMALI (Loading & Unloading Charge in RCM) applicable ?
(2) Can i refund RCM ? If Yes, How Can ?

RCM not applicable on hamali charge. No refund can be claimed on RCM paid on freight.

Kindly provide latest RCM Applicable list in 2019.

RCM is not applicable on salaries, hamali, interest, rent, godown and bank charges.
In case of freight charges payable to GTA RCM is applicable. But RCM is not applicable if GTA has opted for Forward charge mechanism.
