09 November 2011 Earlier i have applied for PAN and received only PAN through information not PAN Card , now i want to apply for reprint but i am not confirmed about address mentioned earlier , whether now can i write any address,if same is required as address Proof???

10 November 2011 you need to mention the existing address which you mentioned previously. in case if you want put any other address it is called correction in PAN card, but either case you need to attach address proof
