Dear all
My client applied for pan 2 times and he got 2 pans, now he wants to surrender new pan ,so please suggest me draft letter for surrender of PAN card to IT Dept.

Just mention that i have recieved 2 pans so am surrendering to itd the new pan issued to me from this date.

you can make application and tell about both pan cad and attach the second PAN. sent to the PAN issuing authority.
