AN EXISTING PARTNERSHIP FIRM IS CONVERTING INTO COMPANY...SO WHETHER A FRESH PAN IS REQUIRED TO BE OBTAINED BY THE COMPANY OR COMPANY CAN CONTINUE WITH THE EXISTING PAN ONLY...KINDLY LET US KNOW ABOUT THE PAN RELATED REQUIREMENTS AT THE TIME OF CONVERSION OF FIRM INTO COMPANY....AND ALSO TELL US ABOUT THE CANCELLATION OR SURRENDER OF THE PAN IN THE NAME OF FIRM IF THE NEW PAN HAS TO BE OBTAINED OR AS THE CASE MAY BE...UR REPLY WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED...

A Fresh PAN Will be required for the Company. Old PAN of Partnership firm needs to be surrendered. Go to NSDL website, you will get the procedure.

Yes since there change in status of PAN You have to apply NEW PAN in the name of company.
