My son has taken citizenship of another country recently. He went out of India about 15 yrs back. He had a PAN No prior to leaving India.
Can he still use same PAN in case of need ?
If he has to apply for a new PAN CARD as Foreign Citizen is it necessary to surrender earlier acquired PAN as Indian Citizen. Neither PAN CARD nor ALLOTMENT LEETER is available but PAN No is known,

PAN remains same even if the person accepts citizenship of other country.
What you can do is inform this change to the concerned jurisdictional assessing officer of Income Tax
