13 July 2014 Dear Sir,
I have applied for PAN with jurisdiction in Dungarpur (Rajasthan). But they have allotted me PAN with Jurisdiction at Durgapur(West Bengal). Kindly note that PAN change form does not have any option regarding change in Jurisdiction AO. Plz guide me in this matter.

13 July 2014 DO you have the printout of the PAN application form wherein Dungarpur (Rajasthan) is selected as jurisdiction? If yes write a letter to in response to your PAN Allotment letter enclosing the copy of PAN application form and stating the facts and request for correction in PAN Jurisdiction.

13 July 2014 No sir i doesn't have the copy of that application form. Is there is an other way alter the AO.

13 July 2014 Then also write the letter. You must have mentioned the address of Rajasthan but Jurisdiction given in West Bengal.

You state the fact that you had selecvted the Jurisdiction Dungarpur (Rajasthan) but wrongly Jurisdiction allotted as Durgapur (West Bengal).

13 July 2014 thanks, but somebody says me to send a letter to CIT of Durgapur(WB)& a CC to CIT of Dungarpur (RAJ.).

13 July 2014 That is required for Transfer of Jurisdiction. Your case is new PAN so it may be corrected by the PAN Issuing Authority.
