PAN of any Division of Ltd Compay should be separate or same (compay's PAN) (if invoice is issued by Division)

The question is self contradictory. A division of a company can not be a proprietor.
PAN no. is company specific, and has nothing to do with Units/Branches/Divisions.

AGREE. PAN NO FOR ALL BRANCHES OF COMPANY WILL BE SAME. PAN IS ISSUED TO ENTITY AS A WHOLE.
