One of my relative have taken a PAN card, while filling the application it was correctly signed but when he received his card the signature is reflecting high variance.
Can he apply for rectification and get it corrected.
Kindly guide me.

Yes you can apply for the correction in PAN and tick option in Correction form under Signature mismatch

U can fill in the Pan Correction Form and get the signature rectified!
