hello sir/madam.
I have not received my pan . which i applied 6 years back .though i have my pan number which I have i tracked online . Now i need my pan card , how to apply ?Do i need to submit proof of address I don't have any proof od address for my new address.
please reply soon.

Form named as 'Request for new PAN card or/ and changes or correction in PAN data' may be filed. Address proof is mandatory.

Go to the site of NSDL fill up the form as suggested by the expert and fill it up. After completing the form kindly check that all the data are in agreement with your old PAN. Then make the payment and send the down loaded form after your signature and photo to the address given in the form I am sure you will get it within 15 to 20 days. When you can wait for 6 Yrs. 15 tp 20 days are nothing. You are also required to one more photograph on plain paper and the photograph should be signed across the photo. The photo should be in color and signature should be in black ink.
