Hi ,
Is there any notification issued recently that require PAN Quotation by Landlord in respect of Rent Receipt issued by Landlord for the purpose when an employee submits the same to employer for claiming HRA Exemption.

Yes....Refer Circular no. 08/2013 for the same.....
