Pan no for proprietors

29 May 2013 As a proprietor can I eligible to apply for PAN No in the name of Business entity. What should I do as a Proprietor when our clients required PAN No. for the purpose of TDS deduction.

29 May 2013 In a proprietorship business PAN of Proprietor will have to be given. A separate PAN should not be applied.

30 May 2013 LLP will have a different PAN. New PAN need to be applied for LLP.
