Please tell me if there exist any procedure to obtain pan No of any party only with the help of name?
I didn't ave the DOB nd Fathers name of the person. Can I trace the Correct Pan NO.?

the person who hold the pan number has to visit the AO to get details.

No, not possible to get PAN without DOB and Fathers name.
