Pan incorporation date error

I can't login at incometax site as it show an error of wrong incorporation date error.
I call at IT department toll free no. but no proper response.
so what I should do

you will get details only from toll free number of incometax website
.

just ask them that you are unable to register your pan in income tax efiling website and explain your problem that dob on pan card showing wrong
.

just ask them what is the date of birth as per pan records and they will tell you what is the date of birth as per pan recrds
.
.
Note: they will ask your other details like address as per pan data base and father name and your full name etc..be ready with details
