Dear Experts , Can we correct the pan no for f.y 2012-13 now ,is their any period limitation for correvtion of pan in tds return filling

No such time limit. You can submit the correction statement and correct the PAN now. You can also do oline correction of PAN provided you have the DSC. For details check out file from link given below:
