21 October 2011 In case of Individual earlier neither PAN recieved nor card, now for Correction(Duplicate card) What to do as no Acknowledgement Receipt available???

Further How to file PAN correction??

21 October 2011 you can download Pan by entering Last Name and Date of birth on income tax official website..or on NSDL track Pan status Tab..take print of pan display on the screen after entering the data...then file new pan/correction form .

21 October 2011 By Checking Online for the Date of Birth i have there is No PAN in NSDL Records .
But have SMS for PAN

21 October 2011 if u have sms...then i think you also have aknowledgement no..check it by aknow. no.

21 October 2011 ACTUALLY NOT HAVING SMS, but PAN as per SMS received,Further DOB differs if isearch through name
