Hi, how to surrender a PAN card. Since firm Business is close.

Online Procedure
Visit the NSDL Website: Navigate to the official NSDL website.
Select Application Type: Choose "Changes or Correction in existing PAN data/Reprint of PAN card" from the options available.
Fill Out the Form: Complete the online form, entering the PAN number that you wish to cancel in the designated section.
Review and Payment: Double-check your entries and proceed to make the required payment via credit/debit card or net banking.
Print Acknowledgment Receipt: After submission, print the acknowledgment receipt.
Prepare Required Documents: Along with the acknowledgment receipt, include:
A copy of the PAN card being surrendered.
The dissolution deed (if applicable).
A covering letter stating your intention to surrender the PAN card.
Mail Documents: Send these documents to the NSDL e-Gov Income Tax PAN Services Unit at the specified address.
Await Confirmation: You will receive a notification confirming the processing of your request.
