Y PERSON PAN CARD LINK TO X PERSON ADHAR CARD
HOW X PERSON LINK HIS PAN CARD WITH ADDHAR,
AND HOW CAN IT BE RIGHT

Mr. X has to file complain with his jurisdictional ITO to delink his Aadhar wrongly linked to PAN of Mr. Y. Once it gets delinked, he can link his own PAN.
