I have applied for PAN card of a person through utiitsl.com. Application is withheld as they are not treating voter id as DOB proof.
Birth certificate of the person is not of india and pension order is of pvt job can i send pension order as DOB proof?

Pension order may not suffice being of private employer. Try with an affidavit, stating the D.O.B,sworn in before a magistrate.
