25 July 2014 Dear Expert,
One of my client has his PAN card since he was minor,Now he is major and want a new pan card with his photograph of it. For the same whether only application for new pan is sufficient?
Please help.

25 July 2014 no need to apply for new pan card as u can make changes in form 49aa which u can get online also and submit to it dept which will issue u a new pan with same pan number as old.

25 July 2014 For updating photo n signature file request for changes/correction in PAN data. PAN no will remain same.
