Dear Expert,
One of my client has his PAN card since he was minor,Now he is major and want a new pan card with his photograph of it. For the same whether only application for new pan is sufficient?
Please help.

no need to apply for new pan card as u can make changes in form 49aa which u can get online also and submit to it dept which will issue u a new pan with same pan number as old.

For updating photo n signature file request for changes/correction in PAN data. PAN no will remain same.
