i have a pan card and a unknown person has been taken a personal loan on my address and with my pan card so bank has been restricted my pan card but at present i want to take a loan but bank is creating problem for me so i want to know that person name and record . how can i do this .

Contact the place from where he has taken loan. I wonder if any lender will give personal loan without address proof. PAN card does not have address. How do you know somebody has taken loan on your address and with your PAN card ?
