Pan card for proprietorship firm

26 November 2013 I have PAN card in my name as individual. Now I want to associate this with my Proprietorship firm, of which I am the Proprietor. Can I attach my PAN card number with my firm or do I need to apply for a new PAN card for my firm. Please reply asap. I would be very thankful.
