Can anyone pls tell me how to get name corrected in PAN card??

You can file an online application via NSDL portal. But you need to provide all the documents as well as fees which is applicable to a new PAN card. Otherwise, if you dont want a new PAN card, you can write an application to IT Department for the same. But it is advisable to get a PAN card with new name.
