An individual holds a PAN card as resident. He has since become NRI/ PIO. How does he change the status of his PAN card?
Should he apply for a New PAN card as a PIO/ Foreign citizen or submit an application for address change only?
Please advise

he can apply in change in pan form and change the status of himself.
