Pan card attach to cash payment in society by tenant

07 February 2022 in my residential apartment tenant is depositing electricity and maintenance charges monthly 20000 something through cash in society association bank account. this will link to my pan card? because society accountant has my pan card? or there is no such facility and i will be okay?
