Dear All when i had apply my pan card in 2008 and received in my office address. in 2008 i changed the company in 2008 and join new company. till now my communication address is my ex office address . i want to change the address and want to communicate at my residential address.

Fill form for Change/Correction in PAN. Check box against address. Give your residential address. Attach a proof of address with the application and submit the application at a TIN-FC centre.

Fill PAN correction form and submit to NSDL/UTI, your address will be updated and new pan card will be dispatched to you

fee will be RS. Fee for processing PAN application: 96 for PAN card to be dispatched in India. For dispatch outside India, fee is 962 (including service tax).
Payment should be in INR and payment instruments in other currency will not be accepted.
Payment can be made through Demand Draft, Cheque or Credit card / Debit card or Net Banking. Cheque (payable at par)/Demand Draft should be in favour of 'NSDL-PAN' payable at Mumbai.
Acknowledgment number should be mentioned on the reverse of the Cheque/ Demand Draft
Proof of Identity and Address:

Applicant is required to submit Proof of Identity and Address along with the acknowledgment receipt.
Proof of Identity and Address should be in the name of the applicant as mentioned in item no. 1 of the application form.
Document provided as Proof of Identity and Proof of Address should have name of the applicant exactly matching with the name in application.
For Example: If name in application is mentioned as Poonam Ravi Narayan, proof of Identity and Address should be in the name of Poonam Ravi Narayan in a single line(except Ration card).
Proof of changes requested : Applicant shall be required to provide supporting documents for correction or change in PAN data (like name, father's name and date of birth) requested by the applicant.
