UTI and NSDL centers providing PAN facility services so approach your nearest UTI or NSDL or KARVY and submit your filled Form 49A with proper proof of residence and identity. And the fee charges for it Rs.94 but they seeking Rs.100. However you can apply pan through online at www.incometaxindia.gov.in at the pan option you can apply and fee can can be paid through online using net banking and after that you get a receipt print out it and paste your photo and sing on it and enclose the proof of identity and residence and send it to the address mentioned on it.
