18 June 2016 I am a NRI i did not have PAN card.Recently I was in india and got a PAN card using my Indian Id and address.I have not yet activated this.Presently I dont have any income in india. Can I use this card being an NRI.in future.or what should I do.

18 June 2016 you are taking the pan as resident of india, if you are NRI then you have to use diff form of NRI PAN form no is 49AA.
