Dear sir,
The company is registered as a partnership company but in pan card by mistake it become company and not as partnership how to change ..

U can rectify the same. Visit the branch where u submitted the application. If ur fault is there in filling up form etc. then u have to fill the change form request where u must have to cancel the present PAN and apply for a new one. But if the fault is from their side then they will rectify it free of cost.
