27 May 2013 One person already have PAN Card of resident of India. Now he is abroad since last 10 years now he want to need file return as NRI.

Now my query is whether he need to take NRI PAN again or simply file return selecting non resident status.

If his permanent address is same then no issued otherwise he needs to apply for changes in PAN Data.
