20 April 2016 Dear Sir my client have PAN No as partnership firm but at same PAN No is also allotted by Income tax department to other Partnership firm so how can i intimate income tax department

20 April 2016 When i try to file Income tax Return, show massage 'Return has Been already filed by you ' thats why i know

20 April 2016 It does not mean that same PAN has been alloted to the other Firm, return already filed does not mean that but instead you have to ask client or have to check who have filed the return

same PAN cannot be allotted twice by ITD, its like next to impossible.

20 April 2016 You have to check whether any return was filed or not by log in to income tax efiling and make sure about already filed.
