I've pan card which I wanna surrender.Initially , I spoke with AYAEKAR SAMPAR KENDRA " which is suitated in gurgaon AND den dey gave me 10 digit some reference no...and according to them it will take 2 month.
den after some daysI I found dis link.and through dis link"https://www.sparshitax.net/pan/newPAN.asp".I filled dat form and submitted...SO needs 2 know
(1 )How much time will dey take 2 cancel my old pan card.
(2 ) How can I get acknowledgment whether its done or not
(3) as per dis I'd applied twice 2 cancelled my previous pan..so is it safe na ?

To cancell the pan card first thing is your assesseemnts should have been completed. In the case of big companies scrutiny will be there and in the case of small individuals based on the details filed by you Assessing officer will complete the same.
Only after they get clearance from the concerned ITO that you do not have any dues to the it department then only they will canell the pan.
The procedure for getting the details or intimation and canellation will take place 2months. If assessement is not completed only on completion of that only it can be cancelled.

how will I get intimation from their side ?
will i get any hard copy from their side?
As I've applied online to surrender my previous pan card so
still Do I need to submit any application or documents for supporting my pan card ?
is it a complete safe process?.
As I read that accesing more than 1 pan can cause penalty of Rs 10,000
one thing more that I didn't use any of the pan card yet for any activity.

You have to approach the concerned assessing officer to know about have they received your request.
If not provide all the details. If they have received then wait for 2months and again approach the same officer.
He will be in a position to do the needful.
One you have informed the department then the department cannot levy that 10000 penalty on you.
Now the responsibility has been passed on to the department. You need not worry.
Keep the photocopy of all documents safely until your pan card is cancelled.
